The MCP Wedding
The Process
01.
Once you have requested a brochure by filling out the "Contact Form" on this website, selected a package and decide that we are a great match for your wedding vision; we will send you a contract and an invoice for the retainer to save your date. The contract and invoice can both be signed and paid online. However we do offer alternative payment options. Upon the signing of the contract and payment of the retainer you will receive your official "MCP Welcome Bridal Guide" via email!
Now that we have the legalalities complete, we can then begin to plan the details of your Engagement Session. The Engagement Session if selected in your package will be an hour long and include a complimentary portable changing tent if you desire both a “casual” and a “dressy” look. We will work as a team to select the perfect location and to make sure we incorporate any specific details into the session
that personalize it to you both. You will receive your Engagement Session high resolution images via Online Gallery in 7-10 days!

Prior to your wedding, we will send you a copy of our "MCP Tips and Advice" via email. We encourage you to review all of the information prior to completing the Pre-Wedding Questionnaire that we will send to you via email shortly after sending out the "MCP Tips and Advice." It is packed full of helpful information for the MCP Couple and includes sample timelines with and without a "First Look"

We will reach out to you periodically before your wedding to check in on the planning progress and to see if you need anything from us (COI for the venue is just an example.) Also, once the Questionnaire is completed we will set up a phone chat to talk details of the timeline for the wedding!
05.
The wedding day is finally here and our goal is to make you feel relaxed and happy. This way we can capture every timeless moment of your day! If this is an out of town wedding for us, we make sure to stay overnight the night prior to avoid and complications in getting to your venue on time (this is at no charge to you.)
06.
Now that vows have been said, rings have been exchanged, and you have danced and eaten cake --- if you had us for Videography Services we will send you a Post-Wedding Video Production Questionnaire via email to complete. No hurry on this -- as we know you are probably on your HoneyMoon!!!

About 4 weeks after your wedding, you will receive an email containing a link to your "Sneak Preview Gallery" and a copy of our Print Release Rights -- In case you can't wait to begin ordering prints. Also, make sure to follow us on Instagram -- as you may see a "Super Sneak Preview" in the form of a post or reel. If you also used us for Videography -- a Trailer Film will be shared with you via an emailed link in 4-6 weeks.
08.
About 8 weeks after your wedding, you will receive an email containing a link to your "Full Wedding Gallery" and a copy of our Print Release Rights. You will also be asked to select your 50 favorite images (take your time this may be hard to narrow down LOL.) We will place the print order once we are notified that you have made your selections. If you purchased a package with Videography also, you will receive an additional email with a link to view your "Wedding Highlight Film" (normally in 8-12 weeks.) All of your Photos and/or Films, RAW Footage (if purchased), and Print Release Rights will be loaded up to your USB. Next we will package up the Prints/USB in your custom wood keepsake box and shipped out (tracking information provided via email.)

Final Images
Your high resolution images and/or film will be delivered on a USB or External Hard Drive as well as receiving access to an online viewing gallery. The amount of images you receive does depend on your wedding package and all that is involved in your wedding day. As an average we say for 1 Photographer you can expect 65-75 images/per hours of coverage OR 90-100 images/per hour of coverage for 2 Photographers. Once you have received your USB you will be able to send them off for printing because you will have a copy of our print release rights. You will also have access to your gallery where you can share your images for 1 year from your wedding date. Download as much as you wish, or simply enjoy viewing them online.
Payment
We make sure that the experience as a MCP couple is convenient and comfortable. We offer easy payments online as well as accept cash or check because we understand some people may not prefer to pay online. We do require a retainer to save your date, which is due upon signing the contract. We are flexible with payments and can create a custom payment schedule that is built into your contract if you desire.
FAQ's
Do We Travel?
Yes! We love to travel for weddings and engagements! We have traveled to PA, MD, NC, SC, VA, DE, D.C, WV and TN for weddings in the past. We are available for travel nationwide; inquire if this is something you are interested in. On most of our packages we do not add Travel Fees (see packages above.) If you are within a 30 miles radius of 23455 we offer no travel fees on ANY package.
Do We Have A Business License?
Absolutely! We are a fully licensed and insured business.
How Many Weddings Do We Shoot During The Year?
This does vary from year to year, however the average is between 20-25, this is to give our MCP couples the best possible experience.
What If We Have Never Shot At a Wedding Venue Before?
We love the opportunity to photograph at new places! If we have never been to your venue before, we will try to make plans to visit the site before you wedding day so that we can be familiar with lighting and layout. Plus, having a photographer/videographer shoot/film a venue they have not yet been to gives a fresh perspective for the bride and groom -- as opposed to what everybody else has done! #ChallengeAccepted
